Our web server routinely logs some information relating to your visit to our site, such as your IP address, your browser/user agent information, and some of the pages you visit. The server logs and backups are usually automatically rotated out and written over after a certain period of time.
We do not usually access or use this data unless it is relevant to troubleshooting an issue you have contacted us for help with, or to dealing with a spam, administrative or security issue.
We do not have any advertising-related data collection or third-party advertising cookies on this website. We also do not use any third-party web traffic analysis services, such as Google Analytics.
If you are not logged in, you may see a temporary PHP cookie in your browser while surfing our site. It is only used during your session for the purpose of serving you with the pages you wish to browse and expires automatically at the end of your session.
Any information you provide us when contacting us or registering for membership, or when updating your member profile, is collected by us for the purposes of providing you with ANRA-related information and membership-related assistance, including technical help if you request it.
This may include your IP address and browser/user agent information in some cases, such as when you use our contact form to get in touch with us. This may also include a log of your membership-related activities when you are logged in as a member, such as a record of failed logins or profile updates.
Your profile contact information (name, phone number, institution, mailing address and email address) is also shown in the ANRA Member Directory. The Member Directory is accessible only to approved members. Non-members, including search engines, and applicants who have registered for an ANRA online account but who have not yet been approved, will not be able to view the directory.
We do not usually send out any emails from this website to the email addresses you give us except for the purpose of responding to an inquiry you have initiated, to assist you in troubleshooting an issue, to notify you of important ANRA membership-related matters such as registration or dues payment information, or to let you know of information which may be of interest (such as neuroblastoma research-related news).
If you wish to delete your online ANRA member account and associated profile, or if you would like to unsubscribe from non-essential mailings*, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. (* We may still need to send you administrative emails such as password reminders if you request them.)
You can also change your profile information at any time using the Account and Contact Information update form in the Members' Section. (You must log in to access this form). Any changes you make using the Account Update form will be updated immediately in the database, but there may be some delay before the changes are reflected in the Member Directory.
